• When you have the reservation made by our website, you are going to receive an email confirming the validity of it with all information.
  • Two days before the reservation you will receive an email and a SMS where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation. At this moment it’s free yet.
  • Only when you reconfirm the reservation from the email or SMS your reservation will be completely confirmed. If you prefer could reconfirm calling at +34 957 964 055 before the date of the reservation.
  • In the case of No Show or cancel with less than 48hours before the date of the reservation, we will proceed to charge the amount appropriate per person (70€). So in the moment of make the reservation the system ask you for a credit or debit card as guarantee. If in the next 24hrs from the reservation was made, you don’t have introduced a credit or debit card, the reservation will be cancelled automatically by the system, releasing the table for another future client.

*In the case you have a gift card (Noor Experience) We apply the same cancellation policy that general bookings, but we don’t charge any amount as penalty, you only lose the right to enjoy the gift card.
